LOCATION: Mechanicsville, VA
HOURS: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 12p-4p ; Tuesday & Thursday 11a-4p; Saturday & Sunday 9a-5p

DSP duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assistance/Supervision of ADLs & IADLs
- Skill-Building Activities
- Accompany individual within the community for various outings/appointments
- Ensure the individual safety and well-being at all times
Position Requirements:
- Comfort working in a self-directed one-on-one environment or group environment
- Experience working with individuals with special needs and intellectual disabilities
- Proof of TB test results and CPR training
- Successfully complete all required trainings/certifications
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
- Own and use a smartphone
- Excellent documentation skills and practices
- Willingness to uphold and enforce health and safety standards
